My complaint:
Upon receiving the car and leaving the terminal, it had a heavy smoke smell and found a cigarette lighter. The smoke smell bothers me and gives me a headache plus it will bother my kids. So I turned back to the rental pick up and explained the situation and that I needed a new car. Unfortunately they didn’t have another car and was left to use the smoke smell one, but they advised me to file a complaint and get compensated for the inconvenience since I have to take it to be sprayed to get rid of the smell.
Suggested solution:
Provide me with a discount or free rental for next time
