My complaint:

I was shopping at Salvation Army near register, and I saw the store manager go to an employee and scold her inappropriately for buying an item from the back. Worst of all, he did this in front of several customers. He could have taken her to the side. No matter what she did, no one deserves to be intimidated and humiliated. I thought this was a Christian place. I felt so embarrassed for the woman. The store manager was a man.

Suggested solution:

Apologize to the employee. Upper staff needs to recognize the wrongdoing and display Christian attributes like compassion, forgiveness, thankfulness and definitely humility. I will never come back. It was a horrible experience. It says a lot about the management that this is allowed. I will go back to ask this lady what happened.
