My complaint:
I have scheduled to pick up today and some old white guy with glasses showed up and he refused to pick up futon bc it has little stain on it which can easily come off with soap and water people usually donate the stuff that they don’t want or they can’t sell. He was rude to us and other black guy was with him he said to us that this guy is been rude to everyone and he refused to pick up anything that has stain on it .
Suggested solution:
Replace the driver
