My complaint:
The Female Major Parsons who refused to give me her first name refused me service when I was well out eligible she was very rude and disrespectful truly in discuss personal information in front on bystanders. She was objective and held no compassion when I stated the conversation was uncomfortable as we established I was in need and eligible to continue with my appointment. This was my first experience in applying for the Christmas program as I have been fortunate enough to be a donor the last two years. I had fallen in hard times and just needed a little help the experience was very discouraging and embarassing! She had no remorse for her position as a representative of a Christian charity worker And doesn’t deserve to deal with the public with her bad communication skills and horrible demeanor.
Suggested solution:
I wish she could be demoted to a position that doesn’t deal with the public her attitude is horrible.
