My complaint:
I have a reoccurring leak in my apartment that comes from the electrical and storage rooms next door. This is not a small leak but more like a rain storm. This has been going on since June and the latest leak was this week. Was told it comes from AC on roof and will just have to put up with it ( maintenance said). I shouldn’t have to just put up with a leak every few weeks. Please get them to take care of problem. I have reported this to many different organizations and have had no response. The only response I have received is from a local news station that wants to hear about this
Suggested solution:
Fix the problem that is causing this leak. They brush it off like it's no big deal. If you saw the leak you would see that it indeed a big deal.
