My complaint:
I’m confused about how high your prices are. Everything is donated for free and when i go in the purses are $150 and the furniture I’ve seen upwards of $600. This is supposed to help the poorer community but you’ve made it impossible for middle and lower class people to shop there. This is Lancaster pa. Not New York or California. I just bought a coach bag at coach for $75 dollars. But you’re selling coaches for 150? Twice what a new bag costs. Make it make sense.
Suggested solution:
Talk to the manager and enforce lower prices because you’re taking advantage of people.
