My complaint:
the female pastor ask the homeless people for non sense photocopies (and instructions on how the photocopies must be made) instead of the original documents required for the food boxes
the female pastora has also bad attitude and bully homeless people
Suggested solution:
The female pastor must accept homeless people's regular documents required for the food boxes and stop asking for photocopies (and instructions on how the photocopies must be made)
The female pastor must also stop having bad attitud and bully on homeless people
