My complaint:
My friend donated some shoes that she forgot I wanted. I went to the Salvation Army and saw one of the shoes behind the counter in a box. I asked the clerk can I see the shoe and she let me. I then asked where is the other shoe and she(manager) said it was on the shoe rack. After looking and searching each rack the shoe was not there. She said somebody must have stole it. The shoes were priced $49.00 which is good considering the shoes are worth much more. My friend donated two pairs and some how someone stole a shoe from both pairs. I heard of employees stealingkeeping donations for themselves. I hope this wasn’t the case.
