My complaint:
I called at 9:00 the phone rang and then it hung up I’ll call again it rang six times and hung up y’all have to have a better system than that because of it rang somebody should pick up the phone please put me on the list right is right and wrong is wrong
Suggested solution:
Put me on the list for rental assistance it happened again last Tuesday the same thing I called on time and ring and ring and then when someone did pick up they said call back next Tuesday but you couldn't pick up the phone when it was ringing on time that not right and unfair
