My complaint:
I went to the office to talk to staff and I heard the staff talking bad about me being disabled using a wheelchair. When a staff lady came to the door she disrespect me and closed the door on my wheelchair. Because I got upset about it I was then told to leave and that the police was called on me.
Suggested solution:
I would like to talk to the head person in charge. I still need a place to go so I would like accomodations made for me to be put in a hotel because this isn't my first problem dealing with Shelters. I would like for those staff members to be let go of any duties because they are not professional or caring.
