My complaint:
My sons dad was killed by gun violence. I signed up to receive toys for him for Christmas. He is 9 years old. I received his toy bag and it was for a toddler. The bag included learning toys, clothes sizes 2t. I went back in the office and advised the person in charge of the mistake. She went to the back and duh up a toy gun. I stayed I can’t give him this for Christmas his dad was killed by a gun. I don’t work therefore he woke up on Christmas with nothing.
Suggested solution:
Offer more than a toy gun
