My complaint:
This Barb has repeatedly lied my social worker will witness on this and Barb is known as the liar. I broke my foot here last Sunday as a client because I was in an upper bunk a loud oversight on them :entirely their fault. She says to me staff has seen you hobbling around which is a lie. I struggle just to get to the bathroom and she has refused many services including getting my prescription medication as prescribed. I intend to sue them for neglect and deceitful cover-up
Her position she be eliminated she does not have the skills or morals or intelligence to hold the position as is faith based!!!
Suggested solution:
Fire her and require an apology
