My complaint:
Today July 21 2023 I was shopping at Bird Road location in Miami. The store was about to close when I went to the counter, MOD offered me to check me out. When he finished I noticed he overcharged me and knowing my rights I asked another cashier to revise my purchase..he counted the items and told MOD I was charged twice in one of items. They verified purchased and MOD started mumbling, suddenly he took money from his pocket and gave it to me. I said don’t worry you can give me an store credit and gave his money back. MOD started yelling at me to the point he asked me to get out of the store in a bad way..I WAS SHOCKED…..
I didn’t say nothing, just let his money in the counter and leave the store feeling humiliated. One of the employees who saw the whole situation came to the door to help me with the bags and apologized to me for the way MOD treated me.
I wasn’t expecting these treatment from anyone who is suppose to make your shopping experience pleasant and also be an example for the rest of the employees. If you have cameras you can see this person out of control. I go shopping to find goodies once in a while but sadly I am not planning to go there anymore, really hurt my feelings.
Suggested solution:
Retraining MOD to learn how to manage situations with customers specially if you made a mistake
