My complaint:
On numerous times this employee by the name of Chuck have been excessively abusive and disrespectful to homeless clients, he need to be fired.
Suggested solution:
Fire him, because he was disciplined one, but still refuse to aside by the punishment.I asked him for a additional blanket,he told me in a angry voice,that I was not going to get another blanket and slammed the door in my face.
