My complaint:
I bought some chairs on line from the range. They broke within one hour of delivery. I informed The range through the online portal. After over one week absolutely no response. If you try and ring the customer service helpdesk on 0345 026 7598 you wait at least 20 mins and no response.

Full refund and additional compensation for awful level of customer service.
