My complaint:
Ordered couple of items online on Nov 12 Sunday and it’s Monday Nov 20 today and the item is still sitting with them and not picked up by their courier service. Atleast that’s that’s couple of their cc members told me. Talked to couple other over the phone and was told that item has already been picked up by their courier service provider. Checked the order on the courier company but no info found about my order. Emailed them they said they have not received my item. I don’t know who to believe. CC has no ETA when it’ll be picked.
This is really really frustrating. I would never order from NF again
Suggested solution:
Send me my order or at least provide an ETA like how hard is it.
