My complaint:
I have bought jacket from the north face outlet in bister village afew months ago, after almost 3 or 4 month I had issues with zip part of the jacket as I emailed them they asked for return for warranty check as i did , now they have said that we can only replace it not refund the cost , but f you want the refund contact the place you bought it, as every shop policy is differ, as I tried so many times to call them they are not answering the phone, i have already informed the warranty team that i am not happy with your service and dealing with my case, i will report it , that is why I tried to reqch you to resolve my problem

I asked for my full refund but they are offering me replacement
