My complaint:
The Mens bathroom at this store is absolutely filthy. There was no tissue in any of the stalls. The floor looked as tho it had not been cleaned in days. One of the commodes was clogged and feces was up to the rim. On Sunday, I was at the HD store on highway 124. The conditions there were just as bad. I will say it now, Home Depot can do better than this. Having the restrooms in this condition is disrespectful to the customers. The person I would look to is the store manager. Having a store manager that allows the restrooms to be in this condition is not doing the job. I learned a saying years ago and it is “management by walking around”. Your managers should try that once in awhile.
Suggested solution:
Clean the restrooms and make sure toilet paper is available at all times.
