My complaint:
On September 4,2021 I had kitchen appliances delivered to my home. The delivery men were not customer friendly. First problem we finally agreed to have our refrigerator delivered to the dining room. They said it won’t fit through our dining room door. Told them to take the door off. They said that the door doesn’t come off. We compromised for the dining room area.
Second problem was the gas range. It was disconnected and ready to be removed. Again discussion about that.. They finally agreed to remove.it. When removing it they broke a piece of my countertop off. We found the piece in the yard after they left
Over four months later I am still trying to get it replaced. I’ve been ignored and lied to over and over.
I’ve given them four estimates in the last few days. Again no response .
Suggested solution:
Replace all counter tops. Labor is $1000.00 plus product.
