My complaint:

I ordered a bottle of Georgio perfume in early December. When I received the perfume the bottle was almost empty as a result of the perfume leaking in the package. I returned the perfume using the prepaid label supplied by the company. I then received an e-mail from USPS stating that the package had been lost in the mail. I have contacted the company several times with no results.The man hours spent on this transaction surely have exceeded the price of the perfume, not to mention the hours I have spent in trying to come to a resolution. Just send a replacement bottle of Georgio perfume, order number 305625493.

Suggested solution:

Replace bottle of Georgio perfume.
