My complaint:
On Wednesday, 4th of October, I saw an advertisement on Unidays about claiming a free Calvin Klein Eau de Toillettee from the Fragance store. I claimed it and wrote my name and home address (only). Today, Saturday the 7th of October, I woke up to a debit from the fragrance store as a membership subscription.
First of all, I am already a member a sI signed up for their discount when I purchased a perfume from the a year ago (03/10/2022). Secondly, I never knowing/intentionally paid for any membership subscription fees. What i signed up for was a free perfume which I dont even want any more.
I wrote tot heir customer service as soon as I noticed this and they were verbose and unhelpful with their reply. I need to have my money back and I am exercising my right of erasure under GDPR as I am unaware that they kept my payment records from a year ago.
Suggested solution:
When they refund my money and that they have deleted ALL my information from their records.
