There is no way to reach the restaurant by phone. Nobody answers the phone even after a dozen calls.
The cooks refuse to accept payment by gift card twice on the pretext of a computer problem.
The cooks do not speak English or French. They are very difficult to understand. As soon as a customer has a request that goes beyond the menu, you have to be patient so that the cooks understand.
The worst part is that the cooks make fun of customers by imitating them. The cook repeated what I said in a loud, clearly mocking voice. Then the two cooks laugh at the customer. It was very insulting.
It was probably the worst customer experience I have had in my life. I will never go to this restaurant again.
