My complaint:

I was celebrating so I ordered 3 packs of the Basil Fried rice and 1 pack of the chicken pop for my family.
My food was 30mins late, I called the restaurant several times to complain but they did not pick up. By the time my food arrived through Door dash the food was soggy and tasted like there was no soy sauce, the extra eggs I requested for looked missing in my food. My chicken bok was cold. I got fixed on eating thia Express since 2017 and I have been eating eat almost all the ti.e and I know when it doesn’t taste good. This food was very very bad. And I called the restaurant again several times today to complain. They still did not pick. I live literally 2mins away from this restaurant and they have just lost a customer. It’s so sad that I now have to go all the way to mississauga when I want thia Express.

Suggested solution:

Please go to the restaurant without a formal notice and taste the food for quality assurance purposes. Or order the food as a customer to see if it's abiding by the quality of Thai Express
