My complaint:
For 5 days I’ve been trying to access Tesco click and collect option. Today I’ve spoken to 8 different people to be told to try the same things,,,turn your WiFi off and use your own data, use a different device, turn your device off and on again, uninstall and reinstall the app, don’t use the app, use google chrome….on there’s a tech problem we know about…. what the actual? After all this no help at all. 5 days and all morning to be told there’s nothing they can do as they know about the problem….failure to tell customers on their website …refuse a goodwill gesture
Suggested solution:
Tell customers when there’s a technical issue at the very least.
