My complaint:
hello, there is a small TESCO brunch in trafalgar square in london. it says open 24 hour 7 days a week, but i do not why the security guard lock the door to any customer every sunday at 1 am, and the security does not allow anyone getting inside to do shopping, and the bunch reopen again about 5 o clock am. so that means Tesco is closed for 3- 4 hours. Why? does the security has power to close the door to the customer, when on the door it says open 24 hour 7 days a week.? i got a feeling that the security guard does not act with responsability.
kind regards sergio
Suggested solution:
