My complaint:

We were due to fly to Tenerife on 290620 and received a call from Teletext about 2 weeks before saying it was cancelled, but not to worry because we would be receiving a full refund in due course. 35 telephone calls and about 15 emails later, we are STILL waiting for our refund.

Suggested solution:

Immediate refund.
