TCF Bank complaint: Overdrafts

My complaint:

I checked my balance online I was 135.00 to the good. I had overdraft protection and needed to make a 200.00 payment. I knew I would be 65.00 over drawn plus 37.00 for the overdraft making my account 92.00 in the red. Instead TCF had rearranged my withdrawals giving me the maximum five overdrafts and a balance of minus 308.00.
TCF has done this before, I check my balance everything is fine. I make a transaction and they change the order of my charges and I end up with overdraft charges. Calling support is no help. They have no power to give back the fees.

Suggested solution:

They should stop rearranging transactions. It is done this way to achieve maximum fees for a failing institution. As of September I have paid some 1300.00 in fees. I need this money returned. When I made the withdrawals my account showed plenty of money to cover the charges.
