My complaint:
This item is falsely advertised as ‘unlocked’ when in fact it even comes with a Verizon SIM card. I fell for it twice
Suggested solution:
Take the product off the site or at least describe it properly
Target complaint: False advertising an iPhone SE as unlocked when in fact it even has a Verizon SIM card inserted
