My complaint:
4.17 pence has been take out of my o2 account since 2019 I have not signed up to this or no of the company until I contacted o2 I am a pensioner so this has been very expensive on my o2account after contacting o2was told to contact tap to bill after taking contracts out with o2was told all premium calls would never get through on my mobile this is not acceptable I didn’t even no it was being taken out until I contacted o2 as my daughter checked my account 2 weeks ago

I want a total refund from 2019 to date I did not at any point sign up to this so called tap to bill still don’t no who or what they are and at no point did I press anything to accept this so I will only settle for a total refund or I will contact Martin Lewis team
