My complaint:

I bought a Samsung TV from in 2020 Nov. 23 March 22 I woke up switched tv on and the TV was not showing any pictures and was making an odd sound. I called Samsung. TV was assessed my a technician and passed quality checks. On 4 April I received a credit Authorization from Samsung where was also ccd. I logged a return . TV was packaged and picked up by takealot. Yesterday I received an email that my return was rejected on the basis that TV has a cracked screen with pictures attached. To my suprize the TV on the screen doesn’t look like my TV, secondly the TV they send in pictures is grey , thirdly my TV was not showing any pictures. They send me a TV showing a blue screen. I am disappointed .
