My complaint:
I purchased a ps5 on 12th November 2023 for delivery on the 14th November they have not delivered it as yet and I paid for it.
Called them a million times but they give me the same story we waiting for response it can’t take 3 weeks for response this is utter nonsense man it’s alot of money I paid
Suggested solution:
Either send me my ps5 or refund my money or else I'm going to take legal action now
