My complaint:
I was expecting delivery of a parcel and it was not delivered. When I went to enquire the manager with an attitude insisted his driver went my house. We were there the whole day and no one came. With an attitude he told me that he won’t give me the parcel and I can call head office if I want and he left me there. I have been having the same complaint to them for the past 2 year going to a wrong address and claiming they came to my house. They corrected for a few months and did the same thing again. He didn’t bother finding out what is the problem. Another customer even asked him to come and solve Hua problems but he left.
Suggested solution:
Get rid of him and get a manager who will resolve customers complaints. He is in the wrong position.
