My complaint:

A booking was made on their booking system for us to deliver replenishment stock between 07:00 and 08:00.

We arrived at 07:30 and the guards showed us away and stamped our shipping note as Late delivery and declined it.

We sat for almost an hour in traffic with our small baby just for them to declined our parcel and let all the other couriers that arrived after us in and granted them access.

Suggested solution:

They need to rebook and collect our stock free of charge. This is a Terrible experience.
