My complaint:
I purchased and paid for a mouse for my laptop. A few days later I was told that the order was canceled as it was put of stock. Only to discover when I checked, that the item is very much in stock, but the price has been increased. Is this not unethical, considerinf I had already paid for the product at the old price?
Suggested solution:
I was refunded, therefore no resolution. However, I will be very wary of ordering from them in future, if this is their standard practice.
