My complaint:
I purchased a sander with Takealot, unit exploded on Saturday within 30 seconds of first use. I have requested a credit for the faulty unit collected on Monday already as I purchased a new Ryobi on Sunday in order to get my project done. Still no refund on my app account, now they want to replace, I want my money back. Held on for 9 minutes and 54 seconds this morning, no one answers the phone. Shocking shocking shocking.
