My complaint:
we ordered our food, sat down and waited. we waited at least 30 min. or more, other people came in after us, they got there food before us and came in after us !!! i went up to cashier and ask ‘ did you forget about us’. and then she went back to help another fill orders. she said very snotty, ‘can’t you see i;m trying my best,no apolgies. then she finally ask my name and went to help again. i was going to get my money back, had just come from the dr’s and was really hungry. i noticed people were bringing back orders that were wrong. very unprofessional place. will never eat there again. from heflin, al but had a drs appointment in birmingham. Suggested solution:
I shouldn't have paid for this meal which was about $15. plus she could have been more concerned our having to wait so long, never had to wait that long !!!!
