My complaint:
Taco Bell in White House TN like all Taco Bells are always very busy at 9pm.
Issue is I was informed at the drive thru they were out of tortillas, lettuce and the only sauce they had was fire and breakfast salsa. I ordered anyway. Paid and was given a bag of 3 taco supremes. The kid forgot the drink which I reminded him and got. Then he was totally confused and then handed my another bag of the same saying they had done it twice. I said, so I am supposed to take both and just turned and walked away. Sounds like this store has management problems with being out of things and incompetent staff.
Suggested solution:
Need to get with management at this store to correct the lack of have ingredients. Especially when they are Always very busy at night. Also, address the incompetence of workers. I f do o realized they are just teenagers, however you should not be hiring incompetent workers just to fill the jobs.
