My complaint:
I ordered on the app two box meals and an burrito and had two large freeze Baja blast and I tried to call and talk and they keep hanging up got answer once and that lady so rude and hung up when I asked her why she canceled my order and didn’t refund me . And since then they won’t answer phone at all. And this is the 2nd time tacobell did this and I’m kinda mad because I work fulltime and just wanted food for my day off. And that lady had to be rude and mean. I just really want my money back because that’s all the money I’ve made this week for a week.
Suggested solution:
Just refund my money back asap so I can go to buy my own food at foodlion or Walmart.
I am having the same issue. We placed an order more than 2 weeks ago and canceled because when we went to pick up, half the order couldn’t be filled. After constant lies, I am still calling trying to get a refund.
