Taco Bell complaint: Rude manager/supervisor

My complaint:

We had waited for 20 minutes after we had ordered. People who came in after us got their food and my husband raised is voice because the manager/supervisor didn’t come up to the counter; my husband said Wait a minute; this guy came in after and got his food before us and we’ve been waiting for 30 minutes and people that were in the drive through were getting their food and we had been there longer than them.. The male manager/supervisor’s exact words were; There are priorities, and if you don’t like it, eat somewhere else. If drive-thru has priority over walk-in, then that needs to be posted. This was unexceptable. No one should ever say something like the manager/supervisor said. We will NEVER go to Taco Bell again, and We will be telling everyone we know and on social media what happened. We ordered at 5:08pm and got our food at 5:39pm. There were two other, now ex-customers, that had waited almost as long as we had. They sad the same thing I did, this will be the last time we’ll eat here. and quite possibly the last time at any Taco Bell.

Suggested solution:

Set the priority as the time ordered not drive thru over dine-in/take out.
