My complaint:
went to drive through window after ordering and was given my order shut with a seal. I asked for my receipt and got it. I drove home 25 minutes tom eat. When I opened my order there was no sauce included. I remember asking for both mild and hot sauces and I looked at my receipt and it was even listed as 10 of each. I am not happy about this and they were not to busy as far as I could see. I wasn’t going to drive back and forth wasting 40 minutes of my time. When I called their phone number there was a message suggesting I call an 800 number as they weren’t answering it. When someone finally answered it was obvious that this wasn’t a normal employee that answered my call.
Suggested solution:
The customer service reps you hire should be trained how to do their job way better than how my phone call was handled by whomever it was that answered. As far as the missing sauce, it pisses me off. You guys figure out how to resolve this.
