My complaint:
This is 4th time I waited in line for 45 minutes to order and another 10 minutes to get my food. After all that I didn’t receive exactly what I ordered. Which resulted in not being able to eat it because of a food allergy.
Suggested solution:
However they see fit. Possibly some coupons if possible
