My complaint:
On 792021 me and my wife stopped in to get dinner and the gentleman at the register did not even know the menu or the register at that. His name is Daniel . But on top of that he just made the whole situation more confusing than need be . But it seems like every time we come to get food from this establishment we get poor customer service . Worker that will stand there and stare at you instead of helping . I have waited 20 minutes before and the lobby was empty.
Suggested solution:
Better training on customer service and these employees need to understand that if it wasn't for patrons like use then they wouldn't have a job
