My complaint:
No soap in the bathroom for a week. Questioning, if the employees are washing their hands after their bathroom use. You have to question as a company, the management there.
Suggested solution:
Actually do their job and customer service. At the bare minimum, have soap in bathroom. If the bathroom is in that condition, I'm sure the health department would like to do a surprise inspection.
