My complaint:
I was there picking up 2 doordash orders, and one employee kept me waiting for 1 hr and never release them, unacceptable behavior, always telling me that whenever he gets the time he will prepare those orders. Doordash called him, and he lied twice. Irrespectful and unprofessional
Suggested solution:
Fire the employee or not making him in charge of the store
