My complaint:

I ordered a crunchwrap supreme meal, and the hard shell taco was stale. The crunchwrap felt like it only had lettuce in it. It really seemed low quality, and that they didn’t care about my order.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

I'd like a full refund because this is the second time I've had taco bell this week where they'd done something wrong. The first time they put beans in my food after I specifically asked them not to. They did replace the meal, but I'm at the point of never returning to Taco Bell for food after this.
