My complaint:
I am a delivery driver who received 2 orders for pickup at this location at roughly 11:00 pm August 31, 2021.
I Gave the name of the order and that it was Uber Eats and the young lady told me they would not fill the order, call Uber Eats so that I could get a delivery fee from them, and when Uber gets them, they would .
I said I would wait for the order since they were short staffed and manager Chris said we won’t do it and to get out of line! Wow!
I got out of line, called Uber and Uber called T Bell and no one answered. They cancelled my order and asked for the manager’s name as week as the leading manager.
So, I didn’t get paid and lost $20.00 in delivery fees! They cost me money.
If they don’t want our orders they should call Uber Eats and shut down the orders.
I can’t believe they didn’t think about the customer.
Suggested solution:
I lost $20.00 in delivery fees and the customers did not get their food!
