My complaint:
Dining room closed had to use drive-through.
Waited THIRTY MINUTES in line, the last ten of which were spent waiting at the window after having paid.
Could see several team members standing atound apparently doing nothing.
UNACCEPTABLE!
Suggested solution:
Refund of $22 order.
