My complaint:

I went to get food tonight for me and my family and pulled up to the Taco Bell drive through and they tell me they are only taking cash. So o decide to leave go get cash and come back. So i pull back up to the drive through to order and told they’re system is down. I said earlier you told me you was only taking cash so i have cash now. She said ok, please hold. I then waited for almost 15 minutes and still no response. So i pulled up to the window and a truck was there getting their food. So once they moved i asked why they couldn’t have checked in or took my order. She proceeds to tell me that her system will not allow her too. Then also gave the excuse that the truck in front of me ordered a $50 order. Then two guys from the back came up and told me they were short staffed and that was the reason and i in return said that i had saw a few employees outside talking at their cars. So maybe if they had everyone inside this would be an issue. He then slammed the window in my face and and said to leave!!

Suggested solution:

I don’t care how they resolve this. But corporate or someone needs to know how they are treating people. Taco Bell is a business. Not a hang out for a bunch of kids.
