My complaint:
Went to the counter and waited for 5 minutes with three other customers for the two girls carrying on a conversation acknowledged customers at the counter. When one of the girls came to the counter she directed us to the kiosk. I told her I wanted to place the order with her. She insisted I go to the kiosk. I walked out of the store and went to Del Taco up the street. I drove to Taco Bell HQ in Irvine. I arrived at 5 min to 2. The building was vacant, doors locked. A security guard came to the door and said everyone left at 2pm. EVERYONE. I checked my watch it was 3 minutes to 2. Absolutely no activity of anyone leaving. I sat in my car until 2:05 and it was still a ghost campus. If you are thinking of investing in T.B. franchise think twice.
Suggested solution:
Have someone other than a non existent customer servide contact me directly.
