Taco Bell complaint: poor customer service

My complaint:

I sat at the speaker for 5 minutes and no one took my order. I decided to move to the window. The cashier Alexandria told me that I needed to wait at the speaker, I proceeded to tell her no one came on. She told me that they are only taking two orders at a time, which someone should be communicating this information. I ordered a taco supreme and a burrito supreme. I got home and there was only a taco supreme in the bag and I was charged for both. I did tell Alexandria that this stores customer service is horrible. The transaction number is 404931 @ 7:01om.

Suggested solution:

1.Taco Bell should refund the purchase.
2. Train your employees in customer service.
3. Quit using the excuse we don't have help. Pay them descent wages, which could benefit. Taco Bell is a huge corporation.
